Kawaii Vox is our vocal library for KeyEngine, made to give producers and composers instant access to a collection of expressive anime-inspired voices.

Whether you are producing EDM, future bass, J-pop, K-pop, lo-fi, game soundtracks or cinematic scores, Kawaii Vox provides a palette of vocals that brings personality and emotion to a track. How you use them is entirely up to you.

Chill, Heart and Hype re-voice the whole instrument, so one singer covers a lo-fi verse and a festival drop without swapping patches.

Five articulations on keyswitches

Happy, Mischievous, Surprised, Sad and Singing sit under your left hand and can be latched individually.

Syllables or vowels

Play shaped syllables for phrases and hooks, or switch to sustained vowels when you want the voice to behave like a pad.

Pitch and sample start

Two macro controls for tuning a phrase into a track and for biting into a sample past its attack.

A young girl, and the most tender voice in the set. Ami sits well under a sparse arrangement, where the delivery carries the line rather than the volume.

Around eighteen, and an EDM DJ. Ichika cuts through a dense mix — the one to reach for when a hook has to survive a wall of synths.
