Privacy policy
What this site collects, and what it deliberately does not.

This is the one policy not carried over from nomadsounds.com. That version states the store is powered by Shopify and describes Shopify's data handling; this site runs on Vercel with no Shopify involved, so copying it would misdescribe where your data goes. It will need rewriting again once checkout and customer accounts exist.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or cross-site tracking, and asks for no personal information. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been shown a banner.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes the technical details needed to deliver a page — IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time of the request. These are kept briefly for security and diagnostics.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. Both are cookieless. They do not store an identifier on your device, do not build a profile, and cannot follow you to other websites.
If we ever add analytics that does set cookies, you will be asked first, and it will not run until you agree.
What is stored on your device
One thing: your chosen display currency, kept in your browser's local storage so prices stay in EUR, USD or GBP as you picked it. It is never sent to us and identifies nobody. Clearing site data removes it.
Purchases
There is no checkout on this site yet. When there is, payment will be handled by a merchant of record, who becomes the seller and processes payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store card details at any point.
Licence keys will be issued through Inlay, which will process the email address associated with a purchase.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Since this site currently holds no personal data about you, such a request would concern the services named above.
